We offer all members with diabetes the opportunity to receive a new Bayer blood glucose meter at no cost. We have an agreement with Bayer Pharmaceuticals to allow our members to receive the latest technology in blood glucose meters at no cost.

Bayer meters and Bayer Ascensia test strips are now on our Preferred Medication List/Formulary. Based on your prescription benefit, you may or may not have coverage for other brands of blood glucose meters and test strips. Please call the phone number on the back of your member card for insurance benefit information concerning the other brands of blood glucose meters and test strips.
