Educational Tools

With health care costs increasing
every year, these statistics are undoubtedly top-of-mind
for employers and group administrators. But you get
the picture. For those of us with health coverage,
what we pay out-of-pocket can mask the true cost
of health care.
RegenceRx is committed to providing educational
tools for our members and health care partners. When
health care choices are made, we want our partners
to have the information they need to make decisions
that will serve them well. Some of those tools include:
- ConsumerRx
Summaries – member-friendly information
about medication choices
- Generic
Medications – myths and facts about
generics and how they can help control rising
health care costs
-
Formulary Decisions
Have you ever wondered why some drugs make the RegenceRx formulary and others don’t? If a medication you’re taking isn’t on our formulary, we bet you have wondered.
- Forms & Training – marketing
pieces, presentations and frequently requested
forms
We have found that those employer groups willing
to help educate their employees are most successful
in reducing their prescription costs. Even asking
employees to review their medical bills for accuracy
and ask about any costs they don't understand has
a huge impact.
These simple steps will help keep health care affordable
for all of us and build a healthy future.
